License terms for generated Excel applications.
Personal License
This license permits one individual or one business to use the Excel application for its own internal operations. The purchaser may adapt, configure, or modify the file for their own legitimate use, provided that the use remains within this license.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or provide the file—modified or unmodified—to any third party. This includes supplying it as part of a free or paid service, consulting engagement, implementation, or any other deliverable for another person or business.
Business License
This license is granted to the purchasing organization for use in its own internal operations. It may be used by any number of that organization’s employees, authorized users, or branches, provided the file is used solely for the purchasing entity’s internal activities.
The organization may customize the file for its internal processes, but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide it to entities outside the organization. It also may not use the file to deliver a paid service to external clients or supply it as part of that service.
Resale License
This license permits the purchaser, such as a consultant or service provider, to deliver the generated Excel application to the purchaser’s own end clients as a deliverable within a paid professional service. The file may be delivered as received or customized for the client’s business.
Each end client receives the file for its own internal use under terms equivalent to the Personal License. The purchaser may not resell the file itself as a standalone downloadable product on any marketplace, storefront, or similar channel. That type of distribution requires a separate written distribution agreement.
